Harvested in late summer, Jaras Millefiori originates in the Marmilla hills, near the Giara di Gesturi. Bees collect nectar from a variety of wildflowers—such as thistle, sulla, asphodel, bramble, and eucalyptus—creating a honey with a rich and ever-changing flavor.
Amber-colored, fragrant, and with a balanced flavor, it's perfect for breakfast: on toast, in yogurt, or to sweeten a herbal tea. It's also excellent with fresh cheeses, dried fruit, and baked goods.
