Abbamele

Abbamele is an ancient Sardinian recipe: honey and honeycomb slowly cooked with orange or lemon peel. A concentrated flavor born from rural knowledge and the art of wasting nothing.

Dark, dense and velvety, it has a rich and enveloping flavour, with caramel, citrus and balsamic notes.
